Shane Morrow’s love for art started when he was just a kid watching his mother paint. Even at such a young age, he thought how amazing it would be to be able to paint like her. He began watching Bob Ross and really studying the Wet-on-Wet technique. He sold his first painting in 2014. This gave him the confidence needed to really fine-tune his skills. Over the years, he has studied under both Dana Jester (Bob’s best friend) and Steve Ross (Bob’s son), attending several of their workshops. He creates acrylics, floral, and some wildlife paintings as well. Shane had the honor of traveling to Muncie, Indiana to attend a three-week landscape training, where Bob’s show The Joy of Painting was actually filmed, to become a Certified Ross Instructor.
