If you drive for us, be confident that you are getting into a truck that has been inspected for safety issues and mechanical problems because if your not running, no one is making money. If a family issue arises while you are on the road, we do whatever it takes to get you home as quickly as possible.
When you drive for Ware Transport, it is up to the driver whether he or she wants to be home every weekend or stay out. We pay .50 a mile for loaded and deadhead miles and are 10-99. You get paid weekly either by paper check or direct deposit. We do not go to California, Florida or the upper northeast. Most of our loads keep you in the central United States.
Right now we have a 95 Kenworth T600, an 09 Peterbilt 386 and 98 Freightliner that all need drivers. They are all manual, no automatics. The Peterbilt is ELD.
