Operation Angel Care Sign-Ups for Pulaski County will be October 18th-22nd
Monday, October 18th- 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Somerset Public Library Room A
Tuesday, October 19th- 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Science Hill Public Library
Wednesday, October 20th- 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Shopville Public Library
Thursday, October 21st- 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Burnside Public Library
Friday, October 22nd- 12:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Somerset Public Library Conference Room
Sign-ups are for PULASKI COUNTY children in need. Families must meet low or no income financial requirements to qualify. You MUST follow the guidelines below, NO EXCEPTIONS and NO EXTENSIONS will be given to anyone, you MUST wear a mask (unless you have a medical exemption), and you MUST practice social distancing when in line inside the buildings or outside the building. PLEASE DO NOT BRING ADDITIONAL PEOPLE WITH YOU. If you have no one to watch your children during sign-ups, make sure they follow all COVID safety guidelines.
To register a child or multiple children:
- Child(ren) MUST live in Pulaski County
- Parents or guardians ONLY may sign-up their children, ages birth to 18 (as long as the 18 year old is still in school)
- Parents or guardians MUST bring a photo I.D.
- You must bring proof of Pulaski County residency (electric bill, water bill, rent receipt, etc.)
- Bring either proof of income or SNAP approval letter (NOT the benefits card)
- You must also supply the names, addresses, and accurate phone numbers for TWO references (they can NOT be family members)
- Bring proof of custody or guardianship from court if divorced, separated, fostering, or not the child’s parent
- Be sure to have accurate clothing and shoe sizes for each child, a short list of favorites and a short list of toys or fun things each child would like to receive. (List no electronics, bikes, or big ticket items, please)
- Please bring a pen for sign-ups
