The public is invited to the opening reception of an art exhibit, “Stop Lifes & Still Lights,” featuring the artwork of Karen Roland.

Come enjoy nostalgic landscapes, historic architecture, and meditative alters painted in oils, many for sale.

Roland paints with the Somerset group, Wandering Artists, and the Danville-based, PAACK (Plein Air Artists of Central Kentucky), and resides on a farm outside Greensburg, KY.

The exhibit runs from Aug. 1 through Oct. 30 and is free to the public.
