Join the Lake Cumberland Juneteenth Jubilee organizers, the Home of Opportunities and Dreams, and Somerset Junior Woman’s Club in recognizing and celebrating Juneteenth, a national holiday that commemorates the emancipation of enslaved African-Americans.
