The Pulaski County Public Library began as one of many libraries that began as a Carnegie Library. Businessman & Philanthropist Andrew Carnegie established approximately 3,000 libraries in 47 states. In May 1907 the first Carnegie Library of Somerset was completed and dedicated.
Over the years, the Pulaski County Public Library has undergone many renovations, remodels, and moves, to what it currently is today.
None of this could be possible without the love, generosity, and support of the community that it holds dear.
