| Lake Cumberland Housing Agency, Inc. was established in 1975, providing 40-years of housing services to the lake Cumberland region. The mission of their agency is to provide safe, decent, and affordable housing to area residents. LCHA works with over 100 local landlords in Pulaski County to provide rent subsidies to qualifying households. Additionally, LCHA owns and manages properties in Somerset and Pulaski County and works with local vendors for supplies and services to maintain those properties.
