Started in 2017 as a single food truck in London, KY, Koi Express has since expanded to a full restaurant with a second location in Frankfort and plans to open more restaurants around the Commonwealth.

Koi Express serves top-quality sushi rolls and Japanese hibachi. With average lunch and dinner prices between $8 and $13, our mission is to be the best Japanese fast-casual restaurant by consistently serving fast, fresh, delicious dishes with a stellar customer experience from start to finish.
