DESCRIPTION:Somerset’s first art market was such a great success that they are hosting another — but this time\, with a midsummer night’s vibe! The park will be filled with the sights\, sounds and tastes of summer — local and regional art vendors will fill tents with their wares while market-goers enjoy the instrumental sounds of the Somerset Big Band\, violinist Lucy McArthur and drum soloist Bradley Shane Gilmore. We’ll also host an online auction for pieces created during our Foodstock and Juneteenth festivals\, and these works will be on display during the event. Proceeds from the auction will go to our #seemyset Art Fund\, which supports art initiatives in the city. Food trucks will also be on-site throughout the evening. This free\, family-friendly event will be held rain or shine\, so mark your calendars now to join us at Rocky Hollow Park on Aug. 14.
