DESCRIPTION:Spring is almost here and in celebration\, we will be hosting Pulaski County’s 3rd annual “Kite Fest” on Sunday\, April 16th!\nAs an extra special treat\, the Leadership Lake Cumberland Class of 2020 will be debuting their newest book on the “Wanda Bolze Memorial Readers-to-Leaders Storybook Trail” at Firebrook Park that day. They are excited to partner with and feature a Dolly Parton Imagination Library book\, “Little Owl’s Night” by Divya Srinivasan.\nThe festival will run from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.\, but you are welcome to stay as long as you like. Attendees are encouraged to bring out a kite and join in the fun.
