DESCRIPTION:The Doug Eads Memorial Golf Classic\, to benefit Operation Angel Care\, will be presented by the Somerset Junior Woman’s Club on Wednesday\, July 23rd at Woodson Bend Resort in Bronston KY!\nCheck in will begin at 9:00 AM EDT with a Shoot-Out at 9:45 AM and Shotgun Start at 10:00 AM.\n\nCash prizes:First Place: $1000Second Place: $500Third Place: $300\n$10\,000 Hole in One PrizeVarious Door Prizes\n\nTeam registration is available at: https://somerset-junior-womans-club.perfectgolfevent.com/\n\nPotential event sponsors\, hole keepers\, and hole sponsors may also register at this link.\n\nFees: 4-Person Team – $400Mulligans/Skirts – $10 (one per golfer)(Entry fee includes a round of golf\, golf carts\, and lunch.)\nThere will also be a Beverage Cart and a Snack Cart running throughout the day.\n\nIf you need more information\, email sjwcgolftournament25@gmail.com.\n\nOperation Angel Care provides Christmas gifts each year for Pulaski County children in need. About 1200 children benefited from the program in 2024.\n\nALL proceeds of this event will go to OAC.\n\nWe also want to bring attention to our scramble name change. Our friend and former scramble co-organizer Doug Eads\, with Somerset Parks & Recreation\, passed away suddenly on May 2\, 2025. Doug worked tirelessly for several years to procure sponsors and teams for this tournament. This golf tournament meant the world to him.
