DESCRIPTION:You’re invited to attend the 12th Annual Shamrock Shuffle 5K that will take place on Saturday\, March 16th\, 2024 beginning at 10:00 a.m. \nCome out for a day of fun and racing in the Pulaski County area as we celebrate St. Patrick’s Day ….. Lake Cumberland Style !!! \nThe Shamrock Shuffle welcomes participants of all ability levels\, from walkers & runners who are beginning their annual running and fitness regimen to seasoned veterans. The course is a measured 5K race\, and professional chip timing will be used to ensure race time accuracy. \nRace participants will receive a commemorative t-shirt.\n(Shirts will only be guaranteed for people who register before race day) \nThe Pulaski County Shamrock Shuffle is organized by the Somerset-Pulaski County Chamber of Commerce and held in Downtown Somerset. \nThere will be a costume contest for “best dressed” ….. so go ahead and get your best St. Patrick’s Day themed outfit ready for race day. \nProceeds from the race will go to support our local business community through Chamber programs. \nCost\nJanuary 1 – March 7 = $25.00\nMarch 8 – March 15 = $30.00\nRace Day (March 16) = $32.00 \nParticipant Bag Includes\n1. Event Bib Number\n2. Event T-Shirt (Men’s & Women’s sizes)\n3. Course Map \nAge Category Awards \nPlaques will be awarded to the overall “Top 3 Runners” for both men and women. \nTop finisher in each age group for both Male and Female will receive an awesome award medal.
