The fair will be set up in the main lobby\, ball rooms\, and front lawn This is a COMMUNITY event for Pulaski County AND surrounding areas! All are welcome to attend.\nThere will be information\, demonstrations\, and various health screenings throughout the day!\nFREE screenings and health services included (but not limited to) are:\nSports Physicals/Back-to-School Physicals\nBlood Pressure and BMI Checks\nOral Cancer Screening\nSmoking Cessation/Vaping Cessation Services\nVision Testing\nAIC Testing\nWomen’s Health Screening Opportunities\nColon Cancer Screening Opportunities\nCOVID Vaccines\nHIV Testing\n……and more!\nThe MEGA Lungs and Incredible Colon will be onsite for educational tours. There will also be hands on CPR demonstrations and health insurance services. Several other community resource opportunities will be available. DESCRIPTION:Test your tree identification skills!\nSee if you can locate and identify up to 10 different types of native trees in Zollicoffer Park and earn your very own wooden\, silver\, or gold pin! Come to the Mill Springs Battlefield National Monument Visitor Center to pick up your scavenger sheet and pencil\, and head out to Zollicoffer Park. There will be staff out at the park to help you with identification if you get turned around and can’t find a tree. Then bring your sheet back to the Visitor Center and receive your pin!\nThis is the fourth event out of five in our free 2023 Summer Kids Event series. It is a drop-in event with the activity and opportunities for learning available during our Visitor Center open hours from 10 am to 3 pm. The event is free and does not require any pre-registration.
