DESCRIPTION:Somerset-Pulaski County Clean Sweep\n\nVolunteers are invited to pick up roadside litter throughout Pulaski County during the annual PRIDE Clean Sweep. Volunteers can pick up litter any time between 8 a.m.-4 p.m. \nPRE-REGISTRATION ENCOURAGED. \nVolunteer groups are encouraged to register before April 20. They will be assigned an area to clean and receive their trash bags\, gloves\, and safety vests early. \nTo pre-register via phone or email: \n\nCall PRIDE – 677-6150\nCall Pulaski County Recycling Center – 677-0302\nEmail PRIDE@centertech.com\nEmail dmasten@pcgovt.com\n\nDay-Of Registration: \nVolunteers also may register and receive their cleanup supplies on April 20. Day-of registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. at The Center for Rural Development. \nYour Filled Trash Bags \nIf you pick up litter in one of these spots\, please leave your filled bags beside the road and the Highway Department will pick them up: \n\nUS 27\nDowntown Somerset\nIndustrial Park\nKY 914 Bypass\n\nIf you pick up litter somewhere else\, then please call 677-0320 to reach Danny Masten\, Pulaski County Solid Waste coordinator.
