In order to provide a superior level of veterinary medicine, we place great importance on hiring only the most highly trained and compassionate veterinarians and veterinary technicians. Each member of our medical team is well-versed in the advanced techniques of dentistry, anesthesia, and veterinary technology. We all undergo continuing education and provide structured training programs for new employees.

Veterinary Center of Somerset will reflect the best that veterinary medicine has to offer. Our new facility will incorporate modern, state-of-the-art equipment, exam rooms, diagnostics, laboratory, radiology, and other medical assets into our facility that promotes a calm, fear free at home-like atmosphere for our clients and their pets. Our surgical suite will be equipped with the most up-to-date surgical technology available today.

Our modern large animal facility and mobile unit will give us the flexibility to perform a range of services in our haul-in facility or on the farm throughout Pulaski and surrounding counties. This flexibility is especially important and valuable to the majority of our large animal clients, who tend to have a range of animals, breeds and number of livestock. In some instances, such as for vaccinations, examinations or when an animal is too ill or injured, it is simply impractical to bring an individual animal or the entire herd to the clinic. In cases where an animal requires surgery, treatment for some diseases, or for services such as breeding soundness exam for bulls, we feel the interests of our client and their animals are best served by bringing them to our haul-in facility.

We are committed to providing quality care and are diligent about promoting education and responsible pet ownership. We work closely with you to understand your pet’s unique health needs and to develop a preventive plan that best meets those needs. Despite the most advanced care and nurturing, however, a beloved pet may still develop an illness or be injured. Our internal medicine and surgical expertise, as well as our advanced diagnostics and veterinary laboratory, ensures your pet receives a quick and accurate diagnosis followed by the proper treatment.
